自我管理教育对COPD患者生命质量的影响

目的:探讨自我管理教育对COPD患者生命质量的影响。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规的健康教育,观察组进行自我管理教育,内容包括实行定期评价遵医行为,纠正不良生活习惯,及时给予正确的指导。出院后进行电话随访、家庭访视、门诊复查等形式,对患者给予及时科学的健康指导。采用圣.乔治呼吸问卷对1年后患者的生命质量进行测评,并将两组教育前后调查结果进行比较。结果:两组患者干预后1年内住院人数、临床症状、活动能力、对日常生活的影响各方面得分比较有统计学意义。结论:自我管理教育可提高COPD患者的生命质量。

The intluence of self - management education to the life quality of COPD patients

Objective ：To discuss the influence of self - management education to the life quality of COPD patients. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,50 patients in each group. The control group gived the routine health education, the Observation group carried on the serf - management education, the content including implements the regular appraisal to obey the doctor＇s advice, and corrects the not good life habits, gived the correct instruction promptly. After the out of hospital may carried on telephone revisit ,telephone feedback, family making a house -call, outpatient service reexamination and so on, gived the prompt and scientific health instruction to the patient. By the St. George＇s respiratory questionnaire（SGRQ） to carried on the evaluation on the life quality of patients after one year, and compared the questionnaire results of two groups. Results：Two groups of patients after intervention for one year, the number of hospitalizationa, clinical symptoms, activity ability, impact on daily life in all aspects of score compared with statistical signficanee. Conclusion ：The self-management education could improve the COPD patient＇s life quality.
