家庭护理教育对AIDS病人生活质量的影响

目的:评估家属参与的家庭护理教育对AIDS(获得性免疫缺乏综合征)病人生活质量的影响。方法:对我院2009年10月～2010年12月第1次来我院住院的AIDS病人65例按单双号分成两组,对照组病人32例给予常规护理;观察组病人33例,在此基础上对病人和家属进行连续性的家庭护理教育,两组病人均在第1次入院时及出院半年后进行问卷调查。结果:两组病人入院时均存在不同程度的躯体化、抑郁、强迫、敌对、焦虑,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。出院半年后,观察组病人的心理状态与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);与对照组相比,进行家庭护理干预的观察组病人能够进行合理的自我护理,机会性感染明显减少,就医依从性好,能够定期来医院复查,对现状满意,对生活充满信心,两组之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:家属参与的家庭护理教育,能够有效改善AIDS病人的心理状态,提高病人的生活质量。

Influence of family nursing education on the quality of life in AIDS patiens

Objective：To evaluate the influcence of family nursing education involving family members on the quality of life in AIDS patiens.Methods：65 AIDS patients first admitted to our hospital from October 2009 to December 2010 were randomly divided into observation group（n=33） and control group（n=32）.Patients in control group were received routine nursing during hospitalization as well as guide after hospital discharge.Additional continuous family nursing education of patients and their family members was suppied to the observation group.Questionnaire survey was conducted at the time of discharg and 6 months after.Results：All patients had different degrees of somatization,obsession,depression,hostility and anxiety.There was no signifficance between observation group and control group（P0.05）.Mental state in observation group was signifficantly improved 6 months after discharge compared with the control group（P0.05）.Compared with the patients in contol group,patients in observation group were more likely to undertake reasonable self-care,have lower incidence of infection,comply better with treatment and follow-up investigation,were more satisfied with their current situation,and live a better life full of deferent confidence（P0.05）.Conclusion：Family nursing education involving family members can effectively improve the mental state and the quality of life in AIDS patients.
