穴位注射治疗老年人便秘疗效观察

目的:探讨穴位注射治疗老年人便秘的疗效与护理方法。方法:将200例老年便秘患者(年龄在65岁以上)随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组采用穴位注射法,包括足三里、关元、三阴交、合谷穴等;对照组给予开塞露纳肛配合传统腹部按摩。结果:两组患者疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:穴位注射法治疗效果明显优于开塞露纳肛配合传统腹部按摩法,值得推广。

Observation the effect of ocupuncture point injection treatment eldery constipation

Objective：Discuss acupuncture point injecting the method curing old people eonstiipation curative effect and nursing. Methods ：200 old constiption patients wer divided into observation group and control group , 100 patients in each group （above 65 -year- old） . Observation group adopbed acupuncture point to inject law, yuan, three backs intersect , the connected valleys cave waits including that the foot closes three li, the control group giving Kaisai Luna an anus （ massage coordinating tradition abdomen）. Results ： There was remarkable difiqrent sense between two groups of effect （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Acupuncture point injection is cured obvious better than that the Kaisai Luna anus （ coordinates tradition abdomen massage） ,is worth being extended.
