中高职院校护理双师型教师培训需求调查分析

摘    要:目的:了解中高职院校护理专业教师对护理双师型教师培训内容和培训方式的需求,为制定合理的培训计划提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,对2009年、2010年四川省护理双师型教师省级培训的71名教师进行调整。结果:最需要的培训内容前5项依次为:护理专业实践教学内容,急救、复苏相关技能,各种护理新技术的应用(静脉留置针等),护理教学相关理论及技能,各专科疾病护理新进展。选择培训方式最多的前5项依次为:观摩教学,课堂讲授,操作示范,病房参观学习,技能训练。结论:培训要充分考虑学员的工作背景、学历、职称、所教授课程等因素,注重针对性和时效性,以培养适合中高职护理教育需求的护理师资力量。

Investigation and analysis the training need of the doule-qualified teachers in secondary vocational nursing school.

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the needs of the nursing teachers about the content and forms of the double - qualified teachers training vcho eome from the secondary vocational nursing schools, then make a wise plan for the training program. Methods : To make an investigation by questionnaire and a statistical analysis for 71 teachers who partake double-qualified nursing training in 2009 and 2010. Results:The most top 5 in need of training indude:nursing practice of teaching content, emergency and recovery-related skills, various applications of nursing new technologies( intravenous catheter, etc), nursing teaching theory and skills, new nursing specialty progress related to various disease. The most top 5 in training methods indude:observation of teaching, classroom teaching, operating model, ward visiting ,skills training. Conclusion: The training program should take account of the teacher~ background, education, job title, course taught and other factors ,focusing on relevance and effectiveness. Then in order to cultivate the outstanding nursing Double -qualified teachers of the secondary vocational nursine schools .
