后腹腔镜下肾蒂淋巴管结扎治疗乳糜尿106例围手术期护理

目的:探讨后腹腔镜下肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的护理方法。方法:对2005年7月～2011年12月我科106例行后腹腔镜下肾蒂淋巴管结扎术的乳糜尿患者在围手术期所采取的护理措施进行总结。结果:经过术前充分做好准备,术后严密加强病情观察,并积极处理并发症,认真做好健康教育护理,106例乳糜尿患者均平稳度过围手术期,术后随访无复发。结论:充分的术前护理准备,精心的术后护理,细心的并发症观察,完善的健康教育是后腹腔镜下肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿患者平稳度过围手术期的重要保证。

The perioperative nursing of 106 cases after retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels for chyluria.

Objective ：To investigate the nursing methods of retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels for chyluria. Methods ：106 cases of chyluria underwent laparoscopie renal pedicle lymphatic ligation in the perioperative period after nursing interventions during july 2005 and December 2011 were summarized. Resuhs：Mter fully preparation before surgery, closely observation during operation, actively dealing with the complications and detail health ed- ucation nursing,all patients were recovered successfully through the perioperative period and followed up without recurrence. Conclusion：Adequate preoperative nursing preparation, rigorous postoperative nursing, careful observation of the complication and comprehensive health education are all important through the perioperative period for chyluria patients underwent the retroperitoneoscopie ligation of renal lymphatic vessels.
