| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨认知行为疗法对脑卒中后抑郁及神经功能康复的临床疗效。方法:以178例脑卒中后抑郁患者为研究对象,依随机的形式分为治疗组和对照组,各89例,两组患者均采用常规治疗,治疗组则在此基础之上给予认知行为疗法。治疗前、后分别采用抑郁量表和神经功能缺损程度量表进行测评。结果:治疗组治疗5周后抑郁量表评分和神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:认知行为疗法对改善脑卒中后抑郁、促进神经功能康复效果显著。
