“品管圈”活动在降低新生儿留置胃管意外脱管中的效果分析

目的:探讨"品管圈"活动在新生儿留置胃管意外脱管中的作用。方法:成立品管圈小组,严格按照PDCA的步骤,通过确立活动主题,拟定活动计划,把握现况,设定目标,分析原因,进行对策的拟定实施及检讨等程序,开展"品管圈"活动。结果:新生儿留置胃管意外脱管率由改善前的82.50%降至改善后的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);此外,活动后每个患儿在胃管使用方面成本节约了3.36元。结论:"品管圈"活动能有效降低新生儿留置胃管的意外脱管率,减轻患儿痛苦,并能有效节约成本,避免浪费。

Effects of quality control circle activities in reducing the unplanned extubation of neonatal gastric tube

Objective ：To explore the effects of quality control circle （QCC） activities in the unplanned extubation of neonatal gastric tube. Methods ： A QCC work group was set up. Group member carried out the activities according to procedure of P - D - C - A. The phrases of the activities were composed of de- termining the subject, drawing up a plan, grasping existing circumstances, setting target, analyzing reasons, planning of game and so on. Results ：The inci- dence rate of the unplanned extubation of neonatal gastric tube decreased from 82.50% to 21.43% after intervention. There was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Additional, there was cost savings of 3.36 yuan RMB for the neonate using neonatal gastric tubes. Conclusion ： The application of QCC activities can effectively decrease the incidence rate of the unplanned extubation of neonatal gastric tube, alleviate the suffering of patients, save cost.
