护理干预对糖尿病患者院外治疗遵医行为与病情的影响

目的:研究护理干预对糖尿病患者院外治疗遵医行为的影响。方法:选取糖尿病患者180例,将其随机分为干预组和对照组,各90例。干预组患者定期进行电话回访、健康讲座、发放调查问卷等护理干预;对照组患者进行常规护理宣教,定期复查。1年后比较两组患者的遵医行为及空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白,评估护理干预的效果。结果:干预组遵医行为与出院1年后糖尿病基本知识知晓率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),而空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者糖尿病并发症中感染、酮症酸中毒的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预可使糖尿病患者的遵医行为明显提高,有助于控制患者血糖水平。

Influence of nursing intervention on compliance and condition of diabetes extramural hospital treatment

Objective：To study the effects of diabetes outpatients＇ treatment compliance with nursing intervention.Methods： 180 patients of diabetes were entered in the study and divided into control group and intervention group at random,90 patients in each group.The patients in intervention group were nursing intervened termly,such as telereturn visits and health courses of lectures.The patients in control group were given common nursing and education.The nursing intervention effect assessed by comparing the changes of treatment compliance,fasting blood glucose（FBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c） after one year.Results： Compared with control group,treatment compliance of intervention group significantly increased（P0.01） and FBG and HbA1c significantly decreased（P0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention can significantly enhance treatment compliance of diabetic,helping to control blood glucose level of patients.
