| 摘 要： | 建立人工气道是临床上有效地保持患者呼吸道通畅,改善患者通气、换气功能的重要方法,而气囊的管理直接关系到建立人工气道的有效性。本文主要从气囊压力的理想值、气囊压力的影响因素以及气囊压力的测定方法这三方面对人工气道气囊的管理进行综述,强调合理管理人工气道气囊的重要性。

| Abstract: | Establishment of artificial airway is clinically effective keep respiratory tract smooth, an important method to improve the ventilation, ventilation function, and the air bag is dlrecfly related to the management effectiveness to establish artificial airway. This paper mainly from the effects of air pressure, the air pressure value of the ideal method for the determination of factors and the air pressure of the three aspects of the management of artificial airway gas- hag, emphasizes the importance of the rational management of artificial airway gashag. |
