空巢老年糖尿病患者自我管理水平和护理需求调查

目的:了解空巢老年糖尿病患者的自我管理水平、糖尿病相关知识掌握程度和各种护理需求。方法:采用密西根糖尿病管理评定量表、糖尿病知识评估问卷、自行设计的护理需求调查问卷对住院的空巢老年2型糖尿病患者62例(观察组),同期住院的非空巢老年2型糖尿病患者100例(对照组)进行调查。结果:观察组患者自我管理水平、糖尿病相关知识掌握程度均明显低于对照组(P0.05,P0.01),对各种护理需求均明显高于对照组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:空巢老年糖尿病患者的自我管理水平较低,缺乏糖尿病相关知识或对糖尿病认知不足,对遵医治疗依从性差,对各种护理需求明显增加并较为迫切。

Investigation of self-control level and nursing needs in old empty nester patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective：To learn about self-control level,diabetes mellitus related-knowledge gaining and all sorts of nursing needs in old empty nester patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods：To investigate 62 old empty nester patients with 2 diabetes mellitus（observation group） and 100 non-empty-nest elderly patients with 2 diabetes mellitus（ control group） by Diabetes Care Profile （DCP） ,Diabetes Knowledge Test （DKT） from MDRTC （Michigan Diabetes Research and Training Center ） and self-design nursing needs questionnaire. Results：Both self-control level and diabetes related-knowledge gaining in old empty nester patients with diabetes mellitus was significantly lower than that in the control group ,but their nursing needs was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion：There are lower self-control level and deficient diabetes related-knowledge or a poor level of knowledge about diabetes mellitus in old empty nester patients with diabetes mellitus,their compliance of therapy was poor and they need to increase urgently all sorts of nursing needs.
