校企共建模式下本科老年护理实训课程设置初探

目的：在老年护理专业本科教育中,对老年护理实训课程的设置进行探索性实践。方法：通过开展校企合作模式,校企双方共同制定实训课程的内容、结构、课程标准等,并以校企双方作为共同师资,在具备一定硬件条件的基础上对老年护理实训课程进行实施。结果：在前期准备工作较为充分的前提下,老年护理实训课程得以成功运行。结论：老年护理实训课程能够使学生的护理操作能力得到锻炼、尊老爱老的人文修养得以提升,是老年护理专业方向课程体系的重要组成部分,但同时亦存在诸多需要改进之处。

Study on the undergraduate practical course of elderly care under the model of cooperation of university and enterprise

Objective：To explore the practical course of elderly nursing in the undergraduate professional direction.Methods：Measure Under the model of cooperation between university and enterprise,both sides worked out the content,structure,and curriculum standard together.As common teachers,both sides carried out the practical course under given conditions.Results：Outcome The practical course of elderly nursing had been implemented successfully based on the good preparations.Conclusion：From the practical course,the practical abilities of nursing students were exercised,and their humanistic aptitude on respecting and loving the old could be improved.So the practical course is the important part of the whole curriculum system.However,it also exists some improvements.
