Lasater临床判断评价量表的修订与评价

目的翻译并修订Lasater临床判断评价量表,完善条目与评价方法,形成汉化的护理临床判断评价量表,并评价其信度和效度,为护理实践教学改革提供依据。方法通过查阅国内外文献、焦点小组讨论、专家咨询等方法,翻译并修订Lasater临床判断评价量表,在某三甲医院随机抽取符合条件的临床实习护生200名进行问卷调查,采用因子分析等方法对量表进行评价。结果通过Cronbach’sɑ系数、spearman相关分析、探索性因子分析(主成分分析法)和验证性因子分析等统计方法和指标进行量表的信度和效度检测,修订版的Lasater临床判断评价量表各条目具有很好的可接受性和鉴别能力。结论研究修订的Lasater临床判断评价量表具有良好的信度和效度,在今后护理情景模拟中翻译教学评价中具有重要的应用价值。

Revision and evaluation of Lasater clinical judgment evaluation scale

Objective To translate and revise the Lasater clinical judgment evaluation scale and improve the items and evaluation methods to form a Chinese-made nursing clinical judgment evaluation scale,and to evaluate its reliability and validity to provide a basis for the reform of nursing practice teaching.Methods Through reviewing domestic and foreign literature,focus group discussions,expert consultation,etc.,and the translation and revision of the Lasater clinical judgment evaluation scale,we randomly selected 200 qualified clinical internship nurses in a top three hospital for questionnaire survey to evaluate the scale by using factor analysis and so on methods.Results The statistical approaches and indicators such as Cronbach'sɑcoefficient,correlation analysis of spearman,exploratory factor analysis(principal component analysis)and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Each entry of revised Lasater clinical judgment evaluation scale had good acceptability and discrimination ability.Conclusion The revised Lasater clinical judgment evaluation scale had good reliability and validity,and had important application value in the evaluation of translation teaching in the simulation of nursing scenarios in the future.
