胰岛素自我注射者皮下脂肪增生现状与危险因素的调查分析

目的探讨自我注射胰岛素患者皮下脂肪增生现状与危险因素。方法选择我院2017年6月至2018年6月门诊自我注射胰岛素发生皮下脂肪增生患者100例作为研究对象,选择同期100例未发生皮下脂肪增生的自我胰岛素注射患者作为对照,确定皮下脂肪增生发生的危险因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄>60岁、胰岛素注射不规范、糖尿病病程>10年、胰岛素应用时间≥3年、同一针头应用次数>10次,胰岛素注射用量均是皮下脂肪增生发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素自我注射者皮下脂肪增生发生与其年龄、病程以及胰岛素自我注射规范性密切相关,可给予针对性干预措施,以减少皮下脂肪增生的发生率。

Investigation and analysis of status and risk factors of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia in patients with self-injected insulin

Objective To explore the current status and risk factors of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia in patients with self-injected insulin.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with subcutaneous fat hyperplasia who had self-injected insulin in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as the study objects.The 100 cases of patients with self-injected insulin who did not develop subcutaneous fat hyperplasia during the same period were selected as controls to determine the risk factors that occur subcutaneous fat hyperplasia.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age>60 years old,irregular insulin injections,duration of diabetes>10 years,application time of insulin≥3 years,application times of the same needle>10 times,the dosage of insulin injections,which were independent risk factors for subcutaneous fat hyperplasia(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia in insulin self-injected was closely related to their age,duration of disease,and normative self-injection of insulin,and the targeted interventions should be given to reduce the incidence of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia.
