基于医学营养治疗理论的营养专项干预在2型糖尿病患者中的应用

摘    要:目的探究基于医学营养治疗(MNT)理论的营养专项干预在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月我院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,比较采用医学营养治疗理论的营养专项干预前后对患者体质量指数(BMI)和腰围以及各项糖代指标的效果。结果干预后患者的BMI、腰围低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后患者各项糖代谢指标均优于干预前(P<0.05)。结论基于医学营养治疗理论的营养专项干预在T2DM患者中的应用有效提升了血糖控制效果,改善了患者糖代谢水平,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of specific nutrition intervention based on medical nutrition therapy(MNT)theory in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods To select 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 as the study objects.The effects of the body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and various glucose metabolism indexes of the patients before and after the specific nutrition intervention by using MNT theory were compared.Results After the intervention,the BMI and waist circumference of patients were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the various glucose metabolism indexes of patients were better than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of specific nutrition intervention based on the MNT theory of in patients with T2DM effectively improved the control effect of blood sugar and improved the patients'glucose metabolism level.Therefore,it is worth promoting.
