护士主导的老年综合评估干预在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用

目的探讨护士主导的老年综合评估(CGA)干预在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的104例老年COPD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法等分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予科室常规评估和护理,观察组实施护士主导的CGA模式干预。干预后比较两组患者肺功能各指标、医学应对方式以及满意度情况。结果观察组FEV 1、FEV 1/FVC指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组面对、屈服及回避应对方式与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对老年COPD患者应当及时应用护士主导的CGA干预模式,改善肺功能各项指标,减轻患者负面情绪,增强信心,提高护理服务满意度。

Application of nurse-led comprehensive geriatric assessment intervention in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-led comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)intervention in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods To select 104 cases of elderly patients with COPD who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine evaluation and nursing in the department,and the observation group implemented a nurse-led CGA model intervention.After the intervention,the each indicator of pulmonary function,medical coping style and satisfaction were compared between patients of the two groups.Results The FEV 1 and FEV 1/FVC indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,it had statistical significance in comparative difference from the control group in facing yielding and avoiding coping styles(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the contral group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with COPD,a nurse-led CGA intervention mode should be applied in a timely manner to improve various indicators of pulmonary function,reduce negative emotions,enhance patients'confidence and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing service.
