穴位贴敷联合八段锦功法对阳虚体质患者的护理效果

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合八段锦功法对阳虚体质患者的护理效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年8月在我院门诊治疗的阳虚体质患者84例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位贴敷联合八段锦功法的护理方法。比较两组综合疗效、阳虚质积分和出现阳虚症状的情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,阳虚质积分低于对照组,观察组阳虚症状出现例次明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合八段锦功法能有效改善阳虚质,提高阳虚患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Nursing effect of applying acupoints stiking therapy combined with Baduanjin exercise method for patients with yang deficiency constitution

Objective To explore the nursing effect of acupoints stiking therapy combined with Baduanjin exercise method for patients with yang deficiency constitution.Methods To select 84 cases of patients with yang deficiency constitution treated in our outpatient clinic from June 2018 to August 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given the nursing method of acupoints stiking therapy combined with Baduanjin exercise based on the control group.The two groups were compared for their comprehensive curative effect,integral of yang deficiency constitution,and symptoms of yang deficiency constitution.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the integral of yang deficiency constitution was lower than that in the control group,and the number of cases of symptoms of yang deficiency constitution in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoints stiking therapy combined with Baduanjin exercise method could effectively improve the quality of yang deficiency constitution and the quality of life of patients with yang deficiency constitution,which was worth popularizing and applying.
