基于微信公众号的延续护理在依那西普治疗类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果分析

目的探讨基于微信公众号的延续护理在依那西普治疗类风湿关节炎患者中的效果。方法选择我院风湿科2017年2月至2019年1月270例接受依那西普治疗类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施微信公众号慢性病管理,比较两组治疗效果和依从性评分。结果试验组治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组按时按量服药、生活方式改善、定期复查、功能锻炼等依从性评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信公众号的延续护理可有效改善依那西普治疗类风湿关节炎患者的治疗效果,增强依从性和预后,提高生活质量。

Effect analysis of continuing nursing based on WeChat public account in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated by etanercept

Objective To explore the effect of continuing nursing based on WeChat public account in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated by etanercept.Methods To select 270 cases of patients who received etanercept for rheumatoid arthritis from February 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the test group implemented disease management based on WeChat public account chronic on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and compliance score of the two groups.Results The treatment effect in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance scores of timing and quantitative taking medicine,lifestyle improvement,regular review,and functional exercise,etc in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuing nursing based on WeChat public account could effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated by etanercept,enhance compliance and prognosis,and improve the quality of life.
