| Abstract: | In order to achieve the most effect of nursing management,promote the constant development of nursing,and build up the nursing fame in our hospital,we carried out a series of measures to strengthen the connotation management,which included creating favorable atmosphere of management,establishing integrated management procedure and developing multiple management approach.This practice promoted the improvement of the quality of nursing overall. |
