The nursing information platform of the hospital was constructed by utilizing information network platform of our hospital and integrating resources of nursing management systems, nurse working systems and administration/office automation systems. It can be a convenient way to obtain instant information from the platform at any time for managers, departments and individuals, promoting nurses to study and research and making nurses assessment more realistic, nursing quality control more effective and nursing human resources management more scientific. The application of the information network platform can improve the effecieney of nursing management and provide the basis for nursing managers to make scientific decisions.
