| Abstract: | This paper summarized the current status of theoretical research on the core competencies of nurses, and proposed some new viewpoints about its definition, constituent and characters. It can provide theoretical insight for building the theoretical system of nurses＇ core competencies and developing nurse training on the core competencies. |
