音乐疗法在急性闭角型青光眼患者心理护理中的应用

目的探讨音乐疗法对急性闭角型青光眼的辅助治疗效果。方法将40例急性闭角型青光眼患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用相同的常规方法治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用音乐疗法。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测评患者心理状态。结果治疗组接受音乐疗法后,患者焦虑、忧郁、易怒等不良情绪明显减少,与对照组比较,疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法有助于急性闭角型青光眼患者增强战胜疾病的信心,消除焦虑、恐惧、忧郁等不良情绪,促进患者康复。

Application of music therapy in the psychological nursing of patients with acute closed - angle glaucoma

Objective To explore the assistant effect of music therapy on the treatment of acute closed-angle glaucoma.Methods 40 patients with acute closed-angle glaucoma were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The patients in the experiment group were treated with music therapy besides routine treatment as same as control group.The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) was used to assess the patients' psychological state.(Result The) patients' negative mood such as anxiety,depression and irritability was relieved obviously in the experiment group,there was significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Music therapy was helpful to increase the patients' confidence to fight with the disease,to relieve the patients' negative mood such as anxiety,depression and irritability and to promote the recovery of the patients with acute closed-angle glaucoma.
