| 摘 要： | 目的 了解陪护人员对老年患者跌倒风险的认知状况，提出管理对策。方法对95名陪护人员进行问卷调查，根据陪护人员对老年患者跌倒风险的认知情况制订对策。结果陪护人员对老年患者跌倒风险的认知不足，对患者跌倒风险的认知状况与照料时问有关。结论陪护人员对老年患者跌倒风险认知水平是影响老年患者跌倒的重要因素，应开展系统的风险教育，提高陪护人员对老年患者跌倒的风险认知。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the carers＇ recognition to the falls in senile patients and propose some management measures. Methods Ninty - five carets were recruited and investigated with a questionnaire and the management countermeasures were proposed based on the data. Results There was still deficiency in carets＇ recognition to the fails in senile patients,which was related to their caring experiences. Conclusions The carers＇ recognition is an important factor in the falls - prevention of senile patients. It is suggested to strengthen risk education for the carers to enforce their risk awareness. |
