| 摘 要： | 目的调查护理人员共情疲劳现状并分析相关影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查表和共情疲劳自我评估量表对某三级乙等医院450名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员共情疲劳自我评估量表得分为(70.36±18.65)分,其影响因素主要为工作年限、学历和夜班强度。结论护理人员共情疲劳较为严重,受多种因素影响,管理者应重视并改善护士共情疲劳的状况。 |

| Abstract: | vObjective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of compassion fatigue of nursing staff.Methods Totally,450 nurses from a tertiary hospital were investigated with compassion fatigue self assessment questionnaire.Results The total score of compassion fatigue of nursing staff was （70.36 ± 18.65）.The result of regression analysis showed that work experience,educational background,frequency of night shift were influencing factors of compassion fatigue.Conclusion Compassion fatigue of nursing staff is serous,it is affected by many factors,mangers should focus on compassion fatigue status of nursing staff and reliere it. |
