实习早期护理本科生的应激源及应激水平的调查与分析

目的了解实习早期护理本科生的应激源及应激水平状况,为护理临床教育提供参考资料。方法采用问卷调查法,对46名5年制护理本科实习生进行应激源及应激水平状况调查。结果应激源依次为:心理方面、工作量、对知识技能的需求、病人照护、临床实习环境和人际关系。58.70%的护生处于低水平的应激,41.30%的护生处于中等水平的应激。其中,前10位应激源分别为担心毕业后的前途、感到护士不被尊重、实习时间长且缺乏弹性、影响日常作息及其他活动等。结论本科护生在临床实习早期会感受到一定的应激,但总体应激水平较好。

Investigation and analysis on the stressors and stress level of baccalaureate nursing students in clinical practice

Objective To determine the stressors and stress level of baccalaureate nursing students in clinical practice,and to provide reference for clinical nursing education.Method 46 nursing students on a five-year baccalaureate program in their final clinical practice were investigated by using self-designed clinical stress questionnaire(CSQ).Results The stressors ranked from high to low came from psychological aspect,workload,demands for knowledge and skills,patients care,clinical environment and interpersonal relationship.58.70% and 41.30% of the nursing students showed low and moderate stress level respectively.The main stressors were worrying about the future after graduation,feeling that nurses are not respected,feeling that long and inflexible clinical practice affect(one's) daily work and rest and other activities,and so on.Conclusion The baccalaureate nursing students felt some stress during clinical practice,but their stress level was relatively low as a whole.
