综合护理管理对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的分析

目的探讨综合护理管理对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖的变化及控制效果。方法对56例妊娠糖尿病患者开展综合护理管理，包括设立妊娠糖尿病专项产检门诊、同步实施健康教育与饮食控制、监测血糖、心理护理和适量运动，并评价患者的妊娠糖尿病营养保健认知水平及血糖控制情况。结果综合护理管理后，妊娠糖尿病患者糖尿病的营养保健认知水平提高，血糖水平下降（P〈0．01）。结论加强妊娠糖尿病的综合护理管理，可提高妊娠糖尿病患者的营养保健认知水平及有效地控制血糖，对促进妊娠糖尿病患者病情稳定及改善妊娠结局有着积极意义。

Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing management on blood glucose control of women with gestational diabetes melUtus

Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing management on blood glucose control of women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus （ GDM）. Methods Comprehensive nursing management was implemented among 56 GDM women,including establishment of gestational diabetes special outpa- tient services, carrying out health education and diet control, monitoring of blood glucose,implementation of psychological nursing and moderate exercise. The ges- tational diabetes nutrition and health cognition level and blood glucose control situation of patients were evaluated. Results After the nursing management, the nutrition and health cognition level of gestational diabetes were significantly improved, and the average level of blood glucose was reduced （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Strengthening comprehensive nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus can improve the nutrition and health cognition level and control blood glucose effectively, so as to have positive significance for gestational diabetes mellitus to stabilize the disease and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
