| 摘 要： | 目的减少PICC置管过程中的护理问题，降低置管的风险。方法对我科102例PICC置管病人发生的13起护理问题进行原因分析，并制订防范措施。结果发生护理问题的原因包括：置管护士资质、经验不足；置管前未履行有效的告知；置管后护理维护不规范；非专业人员维护置管等。结论实施严谨的操作流程和有效的风险管理，可以降低置管护理问题的发生。
