| 摘 要： | 目的培养ICU护士的慎独精神,提高护理质量。方法加强医德教育、安全管理、技术培训,强化考核监督,提高ICU护士的心理素质,培养其慎独行为。结果ICU的护理质量逐年提高,护患关系融洽,病人及其家属对ICU的护理满意度上升。结论加强ICU护士的慎独修养,可以提高护理质量,减少护理差错。

| Abstract: | Objective To train ICU nurses' carefulness trait and improve the quality of nursing.Method The carefulness trait was trained by diversified means among ICU nurses,such as education of medical morality,safety management,skills training,intensive examination and supervision.Result As a result,the quality of nursing in ICU has been improved year by year.The nurse-client relationship is becoming more and more harmonious,patients' and their relatives' satisfaction is rising.Conclusion Enhancing the training of ICU nurses' carefulness trait could improve the quality of nursing and reduce nursing errors. |
