移植肾功能延迟恢复受者身心体验的质性研究

目的了解移植肾功能延迟恢复受者的真实体验。方法采用质性研究中现象学方法 ,以深度访谈方式收集9例个案的资料,并运用Colaizzi分析程序进行分析。结果生理方面表现为乏力、失眠、自理能力下降。心理方面表现为恐惧、忧郁;烦躁、紧张不安;无奈或后悔;乐观;悲观失望。结论护理人员应深入了解移植肾功能延迟恢复受者的真实感受,提供针对性的护理对策,帮助受者尽早摆脱痛苦。

A qualitative research on the physical and psychological experience of recipients with delayed graft function

Objective To understand the physical and psychological experience of recipients with delayed graft function（DGF）. Methods The phenom- enological approach was adopted in this research. Nine recipients with DGF received an in - depth interview, and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi＇s procedures. Results Seven themes were extracted. Three themes were physical aspects, which were fatigue, insomnia, and the degression of self - care ability. The other four themes were about psychological aspects, which were fear and depression, irritability and nervousness, helplessness and regret, optimism or pessimism. Conclusions Nurses should understand the thorough experience of recipients with DGF,and provide targeted nursing intervention to help them recover early and rapidly.
