内科护士抗凝药物相关知识掌握情况的调查分析

目的调查内科护士对抗凝药物相关知识的掌握情况,为开展专科知识培训提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的抗凝药物相关知识调查问卷对上海市某三级医院203名内科护士进行调查。结果目前内科护士掌握抗凝药物相关知识的主要途径是院内培训(65.02%)和阅读专业书籍(41.38%)。内科护士抗凝药物相关知识的合格率为30.05%。非心内科护士抗凝药物相关知识得分低于心内科护士(P0.05);工作年限20年的护士抗凝药物相关知识得分高于其他工作年限的护士(P0.05)。结论护理管理者应对内科护士进行抗凝药物相关知识的培训和考核,保证抗凝药物使用的疗效和安全性。

Investigation and analysis on internal medicine nurses′ knowledge of anticoagulant

Objective To investigate internal medicine nurses′ knowledge of anticoagulant, so as to provide references for specialty training. Method Self - designed questionnaires about knowledge of anticoagulant were distributed to 203 internal medicine nurses in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai. Results The main route for internal medicine nurses to gain related knowledge of anticoagulant were hospital - based training （65.02%） and reading profes- sional books （41.38%）. The qualified rate of related knowledge of anticoagulant of internal medicine nurses was 30.05%. Nurses from Department of Cardiology got higher scores on the related knowledge of anticoagulant than nurses from other departments （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Nurses who worked for more than 20 years got higher scores on the related knowledge of anticoagulant than other nurses （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Training and examination should be given to internal medicine nur- ses by nurse administrators, in order to guarantee the effect and safety of using anticoagulant.
