膝关节镜手术实施临床路径的护理管理与效果

为探讨护理人员在膝关节镜术中实施临床路径的意义。设计应用临床路径表 ,向病人介绍临床路径流程 ,按照临床路径完成护理工作 ,监督各类人员按临床路径完成计划 ,记录变异并总结 ,出院时对病人满意度进行调查。通过临床路径管理 ,病人住院天数、住院费用明显降低 ,术后功能恢复、病人满意度量化评分优于未实施临床路径的病人。护理人员协调各部门通过临床路径保持一致 ,确定了标准住院天数和诊疗护理标准 ,找出符合医院目前成本 -效益的最佳治疗护理模式

The role of nursing personnel in the clinical path of patients with arthroscopic operations

The aim of the study was to evaluate the role of nursing personnel in the clinical path of patients with arthroscopic operations. The enrolled patients were compared with the un-enrolled in hospitalization time, including overall expenses, time of off bed activities, range of motion, complications and self-evaluation of patients. Shortened hospitalization, reduced expenses, more rapid rehabilitation, and better personal evaluation were achieved in patients within the clinical path compared with the patients without enrolled in the clinical path trial. Nursing personnel could play a very important role in the implement of clinical path by coordinating with the staff at the different departments, monitoring the practice of path schedule, and help to form the best treatment-care module according to the cost efficiency principle.
