不同实习阶段护生专业技能和专业态度的调查与分析

目的 了解护生在不同实习阶段的专业技能和专业态度。方法 采用问卷调查法对695名实习护生进行实习早期、中期及后期的专业技能、专业态度的评估。结果 专业技能中，操作技能在实习的3个阶段呈现逐步提高的趋势；而沟通能力、自主学习能力虽然在实习的中、后期有所提高，但总体提高不明显；科研能力在实习的3个时期评价都较低。护生的专业态度在实习中期评价最好，后期呈现下降趋势。结论 在实习的不同时期护生的专业技能和专业态度不同，应根据护生各时期的特点进行针对性的管理，保证实习质量。

Investigation and analysis on the professional attitude and skills of nursing students in different stages of clinical practice
