我院护理人才队伍建设的实践与效果

目的探讨军队医院护理人才队伍建设的方法与效果。方法确立人才建没的目标与计划，与院校合作，形成人才选拔输送机制；落实护士配置，重点提升护士的科学管理能力、护理专业能力、技术操作能力和应急机动能力。结果护士学历层次提高，职称结构改善，差异具有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论通过护理人才队伍建设实现了护士的科学合理配置，提升了全员综合素质。

The practice and effect of nurse team building in military hospitals

Objective To explore the methods and effect of nurse team building in military hospitals. Methods Tbe measures included setting the proper goal and plan of nurse team building, forming the selection system of qualified personnel cooperated with nursing schools, modifying nurse staffing with se- ries of policies and regulations, focusing on the training of nurses＇ ability of scientific management, professional knowledge and skills, and emergency reaction. Results The educational level and professional title structure of nursing staff were significantly improved （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nurse team building can achieve scientific nurse staffing and improve the general quality of nursing staff.
