全膝关节置换术后不同功能锻炼方式的比较研究

目的比较全膝关节置换术后膝关节主动锻炼、持续被动锻炼，以及持续被动锻炼与主动锻炼相结合的综合锻炼3种功能锻炼方式的效果。方法将60例接受全膝关节置换术治疔的患者随机分为3组。评估术后3d、7d和10d患者的膝关节活动度，并比较3种方法有无差异。结果主动锻炼和综合锻炼对全膝关节置换术后早期患者的膝关节运动功能恢复优于持续被动锻炼。而主动锻炼和综合锻炼之间差异无统计学意义。结论主动锻炼是促进全膝关节置换术后患者功能恢复的一种经济而有效的功能锻炼方式。

A comparative study on the effect of different methods of postoperative functional exercise in patients with total knee arthroplasty

Objective To compare the effect of active exercise,continual passive motion(CPM),and comprehensive exercises on the recovery in patients with total knee arthroplasty.Method Sixty patiens with total knee arthroplasty were divided into three groups.The range of motion of knees was assessed and compared at the end of 3 days,7 days and 10 days after the operation.Result Compared with CPM,the functional recovery of knees were better in patients with active exercise and comprehensive exercises.There was no significant difference between the patients with active exercise and patients with comprehensive exercise.Conclusion Active exercise is proved to be an economic and effective means for postoperative recovery in patiens with total knee arthroplasty.
