心理行为干预对癌症化疗患者情绪的影响

目的 探讨心理行为干预对癌症化疗患者情绪的影响.方法 采用类实验性研究方法,将101例乳腺癌和肺癌患者分为干预组（50例）和对照组（51例）,对干预组进行一个化疗周期的心理行为干预（3周）,对照组接受常规的治疗和护理.采用简明心境量表对两组患者的情绪状况进行分析.结果 干预组患者在心理行为干预后情绪好转（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）,情绪状况好于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 心理行为干预能改善癌症化疗患者的情绪状况,有利于疾病的恢复.

Effects of psychological and behavioral intervention on the emotions of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To explore the effects of psychological and behavioral intervention on the emotions of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods Totally, 101 patients with breast cancer or lung cancer were divided into the intervention group （n = 50） and the control group （n = 51 ）. Psychological and behavioral intervention was provided for the intervention group during a chemotherapy cycle （3 weeks ）, the control group was received conventional treatment and care. Profile of Mood States - Short Form （ POMS - SF） was used to assess the emotions of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Results After the inter- vention, the patients＂ emotion in the intervention group were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, and the status of emotion was better than that of the con- trol group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Psychological and behavioral intervention can improve the mood of cancer patients, and is conductive to the recovery of disease.
