实施非惩罚性护理不良事件报告制度的方法与效果

目的探讨护理不良事件报告制度的实施方法与效果。方法建立非惩罚性护理不良事件报告制度和自愿性报告系统,对出现护理不良事件的科室及当事人采取不公开、非惩罚的处理原则,分析发生护理不良事件的原因,提出改进意见和预防措施,完善护理工作流程。结果护理不良事件上报率由22.22%提高到80.95%;护士对护理管理工作的满意度由68.09%上升至93.75%,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论在保障患者安全和提高护理质量管理中,非惩罚性护理不良事件报告制度起着重要作用。

Implementation and effects of a non-punitive reporting system for adverse nursing events

Objective To explore the implementation method and effect of reporting system for adverse nursing events. Methods A non - punitive reporting system for adverse nursing events and a voluntary reporting system were established. We took the non - public and non - punitive principles about departments and nurses involved in adverse events. We analyzed the causes of adverse events, and then put forward improvement advice and preventive measures, and perfected the nursing workflows. Results After implementing the new reporting system, the reporting rate of adverse events increased from 22.22% to 80.95% , and the satisfaction degree of nurses with the nursing management job was improved from 68.09% to 93.75 % （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The non - punitive reporting system for adverse nursing events plays a vital role to protect the safety of patients and improve the quality of care management.
