摘    要:目的探讨利用临床带教老师集中培训护生基础护理操作技能的效果。方法2001级实习护生27名为对照组,2002级实习护生25名为实验组,对照组护生按照传统带教方法进行基础护理操作技能培训,实验组护生除传统的带教方法外,还利用临床带教老师进行集中培训、考核,比较两组护生在同一实习阶段基础护理操作考试的合格率。结果利用临床带教老师集中培训后,护生基础护理操作合格率明显上升(P<0.01)。结论通过集中培训、考核,提高了护生的操作能力和临床带教老师的自身素质,弥补了各科室间师资力量不平衡的缺陷。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the nursing students' collective training supervised by instructors to increase students' basic nursing practice skills.Methods 27 nursing students in Class 2001 were recruited as a control group and 25 nursing students in Class 2002 as a study group.The traditional teaching method was used in the nursing practice skill training for the control group and a new teaching method for the study group,which combined the traditional method and collective training supervised by instructors.The qualified rates of the practice in the two groups were compared at the same internship period.Result The qualified rate of the practice in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The collective training supervised by instructors not only increased the nursing students' practice abilities,but also improved instructors' teaching abilities,which partially corrected the unbalance of teaching staff in each department.
