外科综合ICU医院感染相关因素分析

目的了解外科综合 ICU 医院感染现状及其危险因素。方法对外科综合 ICU 实行目标性监测,对监测资料进行分析,并提出相应对策。结果 354例手术病人中,发生医院感染共35人,感染49例次,感染率为9.88%,高于全院同期感染率(5.73%)。其中,神经外科病人医院感染率明显高于胸外科(P<0.01)和普通外科(P<0.05);外科综合 ICU 感染部位中,肺部感染占首位。结论外科综合 ICU 感染与收治对象有关,与侵入性操作密切相关;获得性肺部感染与基础疾病状态和医源性因素有关。只有及时采取相对应的措施,才能降低外科综合 ICU 获得性医院感染的发病率。

Analysis on the related factors of hospital infection in surgery ICU

Objective To determine the present condition and risk factors of hospital infection in surgery ICU.Method The prospect inquisition method were adopted in surgery ICU to supervise the target of hospital infection and the data were analyzed,the correspond- ing countermeasures were proposed.Results 35 patients(49 cases)suffered from hospital infection in 354 surgical operational pa- tients and the infection rate was 9.88% ,which was higher than that of the average hospital infection rate(5.73%).Among which,the hospital infection rate was significantly higher in the department of neurosurgery than that of chest surgery(P<0.01)and general sur- gery(P<0.05).The predominant part of hospital infection in surgery ICU was lung.Conclusions The hospital infection in surgery ICU was related to the types of patients and various incursion treatment.Accquried lung infection was related to the patients' foundation diseases and medical factors.It is necessary to take corresponding measures to reduce the hopstial infection rate in surgery ICU.
