Strengthening human resource management to improve the quality of nursing

Objective To promote the constant improvement of nursing quality and improve the quality of nursing through strengthening the management of human resources.Method The following measures were carried out,such as practicing the responsibility system of nursing team,making clear of the duties and responsibilities of nursing staff on each level,building up and perfecting nursing management system and work flow,strengthening nursing quality control and staff training,and improving the general quality of nursing staff.Result This practice made clear of the duties and responsibilities,made full use of human resources effectively,mobilized nurses' initiative and positivity.As a result,the quality of nursing reached to the standards.Conclusion Strengthening human resource management was beneficial to improve nurses' sense of responsibility and general quality,mobilize team spirit and provide high-quality and high-efficiency nursing service for patients.
