摘    要:目的探讨对护理实习生实行全程导师制带教的临床实践方法及效果。方法采用全程导师制带教模式,由1名带教老师与1~2名护生构成全程导师教学小组,导师负责其实习期间全过程的督导及检查工作,在护生实习结束前进行实习效果评价。结果全程导师制教学后护生综合素质和专业技能优秀率均提高(P0.01或P0.05)。结论在综合性教学医院实行全程导师负责制,可提高临床教学质量,培养优秀的护理人才。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical practice methods and effects of applying the full tutorial system in clinical nursing interns. Methods The tutorial system was applied during the whole process of clinical practice. A clinical teaching group was constituted by one instructor and one to two students. The students were supervised and inspected by their instructors. A self - designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the effects of clinical practice in the end. Results After implementing the tutorial teaching, the comprehensive quality and the excellent rate of professional skill evaluation of nursing students were increased ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Applying the tutorial system in general teaching hospitals could improve teaching quality so as to educate outstanding nurses.
