| 摘 要： | 目的研究肾移植受者自我效能与自我管理水平的关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表和自行设计的肾移植受者自我管理问卷,对151例门诊复查的肾移植受者进行调查。结果肾移植受者自我效能水平较低,自我管理处于中等水平,其自我效能与总体自我管理水平呈正相关。结论护理人员应积极开展肾移植受者的自我管理健康教育,从而提高其自我效能、自我管理水平和生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between se1f-efficacy and self-management among renal transplant recipients.Methods 151 post-operative renal transplant recipients were investigated using the General Self-Efficacy Scale and self-designed self-management questionnaire.Results The results showed that the level of self-efficacy was relatively low and the level of self-management was moderate among renal transplant recipients.Moreover,self-management was positively correlated with self-efficacy.Conclusions Nurses should strengthen health education on self-management for renal transplant recipients,in order to improve patients' self-efficacy,self-management,as well as quality of life. |
