| 摘 要： | 专科护士培训是目前护理专业的发展趋势 ,肿瘤专科护理是一项亟待发展的学科 ,作为肿瘤专科护士培训的一个分支 ,在化疗专科护士培训方面做了一些尝试 ,并取得了一定效果。为全国各肿瘤专科医院和肿瘤科培训了 1 1 0余名化疗专科护士。提出了化疗专科护士培训的思路、目标、内容、方法等 ,总结了开展化疗专科护士培训的实践经验和体会。化疗专科护士培训对于肿瘤专科护理的发展非常必要 ,通过系统培训提高了护理水平 ,促进了医护配合 ,有利于整体护理的开展 ,提升病人的满意度。

| Abstract: | The training for special nurses is a development trend in current nursing profession. Tumor nursing is a new field and the relative training is urgent. Chemotherapy nursing training is a part of it. In this study, some training experiences were introduced based on the training program of the nurses in our hospital and about 110 nurses from the special tumor hospitals all over the country. The training ideas, objectives, contents, methods, and experiences were stated. The chemotherapy nursing training would help nurses to cooperate with doctors and conduct the holistic nursing, thereby to improve the quality of care. |
