新生儿医院获得性脓疱疮感染原因分析及对策

目的对新生儿脓疱疮感染的易感因素进行分析并探讨预防措施。方法对我院产科出生7d 内的新生儿脓疱疮感染临床资料进行回顾性调查分析。结果 3年中出生新生儿5730例,医院内获得性脓疱疮感染95例,发病率1.66%,主要病原菌为表皮葡萄球菌及大肠埃希氏菌等。结论新生儿缺乏抗细菌定植能力,机体防御能力不全,为医院易感人群;医务人员对新生儿皮肤处理不当及洗手不规范易引起新生儿脓疱疮感染的发生,采取有效的预防对策可预防新生儿医院获得性脓疱疮感染的发生。

Analysis on the causes and prevention measures of neonate's impetigo infection

Objective To analyze relevant factors of neonate's impetigo infection and to explore the prevention measures.Method The clinical data of neonate's impetigo infection in neonates aged less than 7 days born in the department of obstetrics in ours hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 5 730 neonates born in our hospital in the recent three years,there were 95 neonates suffered from acquired impetigo infection,and the rate of infection was 1.66%.The main pathogens were epidermis staphylococcus,colon bacillus and etc.Conclusion Because the neonates lack antibacterium field planting ability and defense capability,they are easy to be affected by hospital infection.Meanwhile,medical staff's wrong skin care for the neonates and wrong handwashing also can increase the occurrence of neonate's impetigo infection.Taking effective prevention measures could prevent the occur- rence of hospital acquired neonate's impetigo infection.
