Snyder希望理论模型在慢性肾病管理中的应用效果评价

目的评价Snyder希望理论模型在慢性肾病患者管理过程中的应用效果。方法选取73例慢性肾病患者为对照组,75例慢性肾病患者为观察组,对照组给予常规慢性肾病管理,观察组在此基础上将Snyder希望理论模型应用于慢性肾病管理模式,包括制订目标、运用路径思维、贯穿动力思维等,干预前后采用希望水平量表、自我感受负担量表对两组患者进行效果评价。结果干预后观察组患者希望评分高于对照组,自我感受负担低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05)。结论根据Snyder希望理论模型制订的干预措施有利于提高慢性肾病患者希望水平,减轻自我感受负担,提高慢性肾病患者管理效果。

Evaluation of Snyder model used in the management of chronic kidney disease

Objective To evaluate the effect on Snyder model used in the management of chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 73 cases with chronic kidney disease formed control group,and observation group had 75 cases.The control group received routine nursing management mode of chronic kidney disease,on the basis of that,Snyder model was applied to the observation group.The Snyder model included projecting plan,applying the routing thinking and throughout path of thinking,and Herth hope scale,self-perceived burden scale,anxiety the self-rating anxiety scale were conducted to evaluate the application effect of two groups.Results After intervention,the observation group had higher score of hope dimension than that of the control group,while the self-perceived burden and anxiety score of them were lower than the control group,which had statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The combination Snyder hope theory model with the management of chronic kidney disease can improve the level of hope in patients with chronic kidney disease,reduce self-perceived burden and anxiety,so as to enhance the management effects of chronic kidney disease.
