心理弹性及应对方式对首发脑卒中患者伤残接受度影响的路径分析

目的探讨心理弹性、应对方式对首发脑卒中患者伤残接受度的影响,分析应对方式在心理弹性对伤残接受度影响的中介作用。方法采用心理弹性问卷、应对方式问卷及伤残接受度量表对213例首发脑卒中住院患者进行问卷调查,运用回归分析和结构方程模型分析心理弹性水平、应对方式对伤残接受度的影响路径。结果首发脑卒中患者心理弹性和积极应对方式均可对其伤残接受度产生正向预测作用(P0.01或P0.05);同时,应对方式在患者心理弹性和伤残接受度之间起到中介作用。结论首发脑卒中患者伤残接受度中等,应充分借助积极应对策略的中介效应,提高首发脑卒中患者伤残接受度水平。

Path analysis of the effect of psychological resilience and coping style on acceptance of disability in initial stroke patients

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological resilience and coping style on acceptance of disability in initial stroke patients and to ana-lyze the mediating effect of coping style on disability acceptability. Methods The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Coping Style Questionnaire and Accept-ance of Disability Scale were used to investigate 213 initial stroke patients,and the influence path of psychological resilience and coping style on acceptance of disability was analyzed by regression analysis and structural equation model. Results The psychological resilience and positive coping style had positive predic-tive effect on acceptance of disability in initial stroke patients(P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). At the same time,the coping style played an intermediary role between pa-tient's psychological resilience and disability acceptance. Conclusion Initial stroke patients with moderate disability acceptance,medical staff should take full advantage of the mediation effect of positive coping style to improve the level of disability acceptance in initial stroke patients.
