| 摘 要： | 目的调查老年人对于生前预嘱的认知和态度。方法采用自制问卷对上海市浦东新区2个社区、1所社区医院及1所养老院的394名老年人进行生前预嘱认知和态度的调查。结果社区老年人认知度较低(8.88%),态度较正面,多元回归分析显示年龄、性别、婚姻状况、居住方式、是否经历过他人的临终过程为影响老年人对生前预嘱态度的因素。结论老年人对生前预嘱认知度较低,在推广生前预嘱应考虑和顺应东方传统文化与理念。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cognition and attitude of Living Will in community elderly.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition and attitude of Living Will in 394 community elderlies from two communities one community hospital and one nursing home,in Pudong district.Results The cognition of Living Will was at a low level 8.88％,however,most elderlies showed a positive attitude.Through multivariate regression analysis,the influence factors included age,gender,marriage situation,living situation and whether had experienced the dying process.Conclusion The elderly have a low cognitive level on Living Will and managers should think about its culture and tradition while generalizing Living Will in China. |
