北京市ICU专科护士资格认证培训效果评价

目的探讨ICU专科护士资格认证培训效果。从而提高培训质量，改进教学方法。方法采用自设问卷，对北京市17所三级甲等医院的经北京市ICU专科护士资格认证培训、在ICU持证上岗1年以上的护士进行问卷调查，内容包括护士在接受培训后专业理论、临床实践、教学能力、科研能力方面的改变。结果培训后，ICU专科护士在职业认知、临床实践、教学示教、科研意识改善方面均提高。不同工作年限的ICU护士，培训效果差异无统计学意义。ICU专科护士在专业会诊与咨询方面能力较弱。结论统一的ICU专科培训提高了护士的临床实践能力、教学能力和科研意识。

The effect evaluation of ICU specialist nurses training for qualification authentication in Beijing

Objective To evaluate the effect of ICU specialist nurses training for qualification authentication,so as to improve the training quality and teaching methods. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted on the nurses who received ICU nurses training for qualification authentication and worked as an ICU specialist nurse over one year from 17 Grade - three Class - A hospitals in Beijing. The contents included their self - reported improvement in theoretical knowledge,clinical competence,teaching and research ability. Results All the nurses reported that they showed remarkable improvement in occupational recognition, clinical competence, teaching ability and research awareness. There was no significant difference in nurses with different years of working experience. They showed relatively poor ability in specialist consultation. Conclusion The standardized ICU specialist training can improve nurses＇ clinical competence,teaching ability and research awareness.
