| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高频超声在部队训练所致的膝关节损伤中的临床应用价值。方法：分析2002年至今我科应用高频超声检查部队训练所致膝关节损伤的声像图改变及特点。结果：共检查156例膝关节训练伤的患者，超声诊断半月板损伤阳性率为82％，韧带损伤阳性率为73％。结论：膝关节损伤是部队训练伤中常见的类型之一，主要是半月板和膝关节韧带的损伤。超声可作为一种简便、经济、快捷有效的检查膝关节病变的辅助检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis value of high-frequency uhrasonography in the knee injured by army training. Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases of knee injury by army training in our hospital since 2002 were analyzed the ultrasonographic changes and characteristics. Results All were examined with high frequency ultrasonography. The positive rate of menisus injury was 82% and ligament was 73%. Conclusion Knee injury is one of the common type in army training, and the characteristics are the injuring of menisus and ligaments. Ultrasonography is simple, accurate, inexpensive and non-invasive, and can be used as an auxiliary means to detect the knee injury. |
