| 摘 要： | 用支原体ＩＳＴ试剂盒对临床２５６株支原体（其中Ｕｕ２４６株，Ｍｈ１０株）进行了强力霉素（Ｄｏｘ），四环素（Ｔｅｔ），交沙霉素（Ｊｏｓ），氧氟沙星（Ｏｆｌ），红霉素（Ｅｒｙ），原始霉素（Ｐｒｉ）等六种抗生素的药物敏感性检测。结果表明：Ｕｕ对上述抗生素的敏感程度（百分比）依次为Ｅｒｙ（２％），Ｏｆｌ（２２％），Ｔｅｔ（４６％），Ｄｏｘ（６１％）、Ｊｏｓ（８８％）、Ｐｒｉ（９７％）；而完全对药的比例依次

| Abstract: | Drug sensibility of 256 strains of clinic Mycoplasma for six antibiotics which include Doxycycline(Dox), Tetracycline(Tet), Josamycin(Jos), Ofloxacin(Ofl), Erythromycine(Ery), Pristinamycine(Pri) were detected with Mycoplasma IST reagent box. Susceptibility rate of Uu to Ery, Ofl, Tet, Dox, Jos, Pri,were 2%, 22%,46%,61%,88%,97% respectively; whereas completely resistant rate of Uu to Ery, Tet, Dox, Ofl, Pri, Jos were 76%, 48%,33%,15%,2.6%,2.4% respectively. Compared to Uu sensibility of Mh to the same antibiotics had some what differences. Further discusses have been made to these antibiotics for two types of mycoplasma in the article. |
