2002年昆明地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及药敏分析

摘    要:目的 为了解昆明地区泌尿生殖道解脲支原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)的感染状况及其对抗生素的敏感性。方法 应用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏试剂盒,对2002年3047例可疑支原体感染患者的泌尿生殖道标本进行UU和MH的检测,并测定其对9种常用抗生素的敏感性。结果 检出1075例支原体阳性者,检出率为35.28%,其中UU、MH及UU、MH混合感染者分别占87.26%、1.30%及11.44%,UU对交沙霉素最敏感,其次为左旋氧氟沙星及米诺环素,MH对米诺环素、交沙霉素及多西环素敏感,其次为克林霉素,UU合并MH感染者对交沙霉素敏感,对其余8种抗生素存在不同程度耐药。结论 昆明地区UU感染者首选交沙霉素,MH感染者首选米诺环素、交沙霉素及多西环素,而UU、MH混合感染者宜选交沙霉素。

Abstract:Purpose To detect Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU) and Mycoplasma hominis(MH)in patients with urogenital infection and analyse their sensitivity to antibiotics in Kunming area.Method Using mycoplasma culture,identification and sensitivity testing reagent box,3047 urogenital specimens were detected for UU,MH and their sensitivity to 9 antibiotics.Results 1075 cases were mycoplasma positive and its positive rate was 35.28%.The posivive rates of UU,MH and UU with MH were respectively 87.26%?1.30% and 11.44%.The result of sensitivity showed that UU was most sensitive to Josamycin,and more sensitive to Levofloxacin and Minco.MH was most sensitive to Minco,Josamycin and Doxycycline,and more sensitive to Clindamycin.UU with MH was sensitive to Josamycin,while was resistant to the other 8 antibiotics.Conclusion In Kunming,Josamycin is the first choice for the treatment of UU infection,Minco,Josamycin or Doxycycline is the first choice for MH infection,and Josamycin is suitable for UU with MH infection.
