深圳市南山区围绝经期综合症发生现状调查

目的:通过对深圳市妇女围绝经期综合症的发生情况调查,研究不同年龄组患病情况以及经济、文化背景下围绝经综合症患病情况,为今后有针对性开展围绝经期综合症干预工作提供理论依据。方法:以深圳市南山区招商街道辖区4个社区工作站40～60岁围绝经妇女为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果:围绝经期间患病率为79.8%,年龄是围绝经期综合症的主要因素(P<0.05),不同年龄和不同文化程度之间对围绝经期患病有影响(P<0.05),而不同年龄与不同经济收入水平之间患病差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。有29%的人主动寻求帮助,但其中仅有58.26%的人去医院就医。调查对象围绝经期知识了解渠道主要来自媒体。结论:计生服务人员做好围绝经期健康知识宣教,对重症患者进行必要的临床治疗,是提高群体生活质量、和谐家庭关系、安享晚年生活的关键。
